Awful experience turned up two hours later , Kaspas told me to email just eat and just eat said I hadn’t emailed them within 24 hours so no refund . And then had to deal with a rude and argumentative Kaspas member of staff. Won’t be using Kaspas or just eat again. £25 for a waffle , one scoop of ice cream and a milkshake . Waffle was chewy and just awful .

There a snail in my Crepe( in the strawberries( there was also leaves where they clearly wasn’t washed. The crepe was also like a flip flop - dry.

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give a zero! Waited to be seated, shown to table and then the waiter disappeared, all without saying a word. Sat for 10 min with no service so I went in search of staff only to be told that we had to come up to the counter and order ourselves. When I pointed out that it would have been good to be told this all I got was a shrug. I ordered and paid for 2 deserts and 2 coffees and went and sat down again. 15 mins later our deserts arrived which, to be fair, were good but no coffee. My husband can't eat without a drink so we sat and waited, and waited, and waited and 15 mins later our coffee arrived by which time both our deserts were cold. The coffee was awful and had we not paid already I would have walked out at this point. Throughout all this no one spoke to us or asked if everything was ok, appalling service. I'll never go back again

I needed the toilet badly after a 2 hour bus journey and so went into kaspas and got harassed for not being a customer, I explained politely that I needed the toilet so bad I was about to wet myself and they made me queue up to buy something. I wasn’t even sure I had enough money because their prices are extortionate. I finally got the key to the bathroom and they were in a state. I got my small pot of ice cream, and it was absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back here, even for the loo. They’re lucky I didn’t relive myself on their floor and leave.

Ordered food, 2 pancakes with sauce and cream.
The cream had separated, a few lumps and the rest was just like milk.
No sauce and tge pancakes were stone cold.
Tried to call Kaspas in a total of 16 times, so far and no answer.
Will not be buying from them again and will stick to sundaes gelato instead.

We sit down they left the menu in 10 minutes we ask a guy behind the bar to take the order he said someone is coming to you but nobody came in the next 10 minutes. They had plenty of staff but nobody do the job properly. The toilets were very dirty full of dust. The cutlery were dirty as well.

Staff were very rude and kept giving us dirty looks every time they walked past, felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to eat infornt of them becsue they kept staring, hardly had any of the milkshakes in that we was asking for. Do not recommend

Vanessa at swindon kaspas did not explain to me what I can include into my drinks order bubble slushy and I highly believe that if I did order the super drink then she would have eaten super part and only left me with regular. I also highly believe I was a white individual I would have been served better and with extra care so therefore I would like Vanessa kicked out of the country snd of any kaspas due to her extreme negligence to my race.

I visited Kaspas in Ashford, Kent and found the place to be very stylish and comfortable, however the staff were soooooo slow. We placed an order for waffles and coffee and found that 40 minutes later we still hadn’t received anything even though there were lots of staff standing around. We queried the waitress and she told us that all the utensils were currently in the dishwasher so unfortunately we would have to wait! We finally received our coffee and then our waffles arrived after 45 minutes, but they were cold. Needs some more experienced, enthusiastic staff members.

Awfull experience in yeovil branch, incredibly rude staff, walked away half way through asking a question , barely able to talk to you like it was such an effort , nothing to choose from and just stood there staring at you, no offers of help or alternatives , complained to kaspas head office and got a lame scripted reply saying they would look into it and get the branch manager to call me , of course it never happened, disgusting behaviour for a food outlet ..
never setting foot in this establishment again EVER ??

Michael is amazing! Me and my friend enjoyed our time at Kaspa’s and he was one of the reasons as to why. He is friendly, welcoming and great to have a laugh with. He provided us amazing service and it’s nice to see him around when I do pop in Kaspa’s every once in a while. The food is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing! Definitely a place to consider xx

I have invited my family who came from the US, and my experience was too bad from the moment you enter, everything looks dirty, the terrible attention, the disgusting tables, full of other people's food, it took months for what you order, simply disgusting experience, they should try to improve the service and train its employees

Kaspas Catford, my grand daughter loves visiting Kaspas. Her special treat is Bubblegum and Strawberry ice cream. The staff member that serves us is always very nice and friendly. There is always a nice atmosphere in that branch. She so looks forward to her treats at Kaspas Catford. I know where she'll be celebrating her upcoming Birthday with friends this summer.

Whiteley branch - Without a doubt the worst ‘attempted’ dining experience EVER. The staff are sooooo rude you cannot actually believe it. I have given this branch now 3 attempts to get it right and each and every time a disaster.
Reached out to their customer services to discuss and have been ignored on every occasion. AVOID THIS PLACE. Save your pennies and go to one of the other, cheaper, better establishments close by!

Dreadful service and poor value for money. Worthing branch staffed by a large number of youngsters in a dream state. We waited one hour twenty minutes for a birthday treat. Staff were so slow it was worrying to see them work. The £34 pound we spent was for a poorly made dessert that represented terrible value for money. Was always interested in visiting Kaspars but will never return
